Brief Project Overview

• LAMP based (Linux, Apache,MySQL &Perl) along with Java, Javascript, XML, HTML & Yahoo “Gadgets
• Designed as both a SAS (Software as a Service) model as well as a customizable stand-alone web based app.

Features, in brief include :

1. Customer management with notes and mass e-mail
2. Inventory management with UPC, Store Code, Vendor Description and other fields.
3. Recurring services and items easily added.
4. Web based invoicing, billing, recur-billing,
5. Invoice as html or pdf.
6. Time-based billing (aka Pending Charges) for consultants attorneys etc. Keep adding charges and at the end of the month create one invoice in a few clicks.
7. Vendor database to keep track of all Vendors
8. Customer Portal where customers can login, update their info and pay invoices
9. Sophisticated Admin Section to customize the program.
10. Purchase Order and more to be added in release 2 !
